Got a great new CRV! I was pleased with the service I got at Honda, especially from the online inquiry. Within minutes I had all the available cars that fit my needs sent I was pleased with the service I got at Honda, especially from the online inquiry. Within minutes I had all the available cars that fit my needs sent to my phone so I knew exactly what to look at when I went to the store. The salesman was patient and came back on his day off to close the deal. My only complaint would be the lack of communication between the finance department and the sales department. When it came to signing the contract the numbers were not what was expected due to a break down in communication. It would make more sense to me to have the finance guy talk money with the customer so everything is clear from the beginning. No one likes surprises when they are spending thousands of dollars. More
