Disrespectful For 14 years my family has come to this dealership for their amazing service. It was completely ruined this week. My wife was treated unbelievably poorly after being sold not one but two disfinctional cars. One had all the error lights come on and the other had a faulty oil pressure sensor along with the front bumper sticking out. When I called to confront them about how my wife was treated they tried to spin the story almost as if I would agree with them over my wife. I was told she was called for a follow up but she had no missed calls or messages. I was told they tried to call me yet no missed calls. I guess it turns out that if you’re a male customer you get a top notch experience. You truly do. But I can’t do business with someone who disrespects my wife. 14 years of good business with my family but now she’s my family and they will no longer be getting my business. More
Manny and Sager have been profoundly disappointing. I was sold two new but broken 2018 CRVs. Customer service has been proundly upsetting and disturbing. Honda Joliet has done a far better job.
