We have bought or leased three cars from here but the last one left a bad taste in our mouths. During the price negotiation, we had an agreement that we would pay a certain lease payment if the all-weat last one left a bad taste in our mouths. During the price negotiation, we had an agreement that we would pay a certain lease payment if the all-weather floor mats were thrown in at the end. We had a deal. When the paperwork was signed, we asked for the mats and the “request had been denied.” The dealership still made plenty of money on “lease costs” and I was shocked they would make a customer leave unsatisfied over some floor mats worth a couple hundred dollars. We may have to reconsider this dealership in the future. More
