This is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had trying to buy a new car. On September 30, 2024 I test drove a 2025 HRV. It was exactly what I wanted White with the gray interior. I still had a few other cars. I wanted to look at. I emailed my salesman Tuesday evening, letting him know that I have made my decision and I would like to come and purchase the car if he would please call me back the next day, he called me at work late morning. I think it was around 10:30 am . I Answered my phone ,told him I was not able to talk until about 3 PM. I called him back at about 2:45 PM and said I was very interested. Was he still willing to give me the same deal that we talked about on Monday? He said yes he would take care of me. He promised he would take care of me I told him I would be there in about an hour, as I arrived with a friend of mine, we parked right next to what looked to be the car I was going to buy there was a couple sitting in it as I walked into the show room. My salesman was right by the door I was kidding and said that’s not my car is it and he said yeah actually it was , I’m so upset that he never gave me the courtesy of letting me know. He was trying to sell me something else that I did not want. there’s so much more to the story the thing that upset me the mouse was he was trying to tell me I had to pay for this package that I did not want and that it was already on the car and I had to pay for it although they discounted it, it was still an extra $1600. I was not willing to pay So I walked out. Worse experience Ever More

Genuinely, I enjoyed my experience at the dealership, setting aside all of the stress of buying a car. I talked to multiple sales associates and they were very helpful. Disappointed on delivery. Was told odometer reading was 8 but was actually 61. Not Honest, nothing was ever said by Ryan (salesman) or the finance manager. Once it was brought to their attention he began to back pedal. Lied about the 61 miles. Also, Ryan just handed me my car keys and walked away. No introduction, no explanation on the new car. He got his deal and ran. I’m not use to this type of customer service. I expect better than this. More

When we first stopped by at Honda of Lisle, Manny welcomed us in and let us test drive a 2025 Odyssey EXL. We’re an Odyssey family and loved the vehicle owing to its upgrades. Manny gave us honest advice about what we could expect for value. We wanted to do our homework and stopped by a couple other dealerships. But even before the negotiations began, none of the other salespersons we spoke with could make us feel comfortable about the purchase and the vehicle. In contrast, Manny had given us realistic expectations. He was transparent and honest with his advice. We didn’t want to play a price-matching game between the dealerships. It was more important for us to buy from a salesperson we could trust. We returned to Honda of Lisle and went ahead with the purchase. I have only good to say about Manny Rodriguez. He is a highly intelligent salesman and a no-nonsense negotiator. Great experience all around. More
