I did not rate it 5 stars because the negotiations were bit long, the wait to see finance to close the sale was very long. The dealership was busy, but Sager Abu Roman should have sent a little more time bit long, the wait to see finance to close the sale was very long. The dealership was busy, but Sager Abu Roman should have sent a little more time in going over the new vehicle with me, but did answer my questions when I returned to have mud guards installed. He was pleasant and helpful on my two visits to check pout vehicles. I got to the dealership at 1 PM thinking it would not take that long and did not have lunch. I am diabetic and waiting for finance I got a low blood sugar feeling and was losing energy. I was going to leave to go get something to eat, but Sager brought me a chicken sandwich from a delivery the dealership got for employees. A male and female employee at the south desk by the entrance doors complained about sales people giving customers food that was only for employees. The male said he would be pissed if he had not gotten a chicken sandwich and he also complained about not getting a bonus. The two employees did not help to make it a warm and inviting atmosphere. All other employees I encountered were friendly and professional. More
