Nice experience, would recommend the dealership to others. Heri was great, they forgot to install my all-weather mats, he ordered them & since I live a minimum of 1 1/2 hours away I asked if Brad fro others. I have been very pleased with this dealership since my first lease in 2017. Sales, finance and service staff are very courteous and explain all the details very thoroughly. Kabir was especially patient first lease in 2017. Sales, finance and service staff are very courteous and explain all the details very thoroughly. Kabir was especially patient explaining the lease process plus the workings of the car, especially activating the bluetooth phone connection. He also made sure that I obtained the only blue 2023 Civic on the lot. It's my favorite car color -- this is my 3rd one! Thank you Honda of Lisle! More
