We only met him once we walked into the dealership and he allowed us the time to test drive 2 cars, ruminate about our decision, and was kind enough to work with us and on our schedule. We also worked with Malcolm in the finance department. He was kind, courteous and professional. He did not try to force us into any type of agreement or additional coverage. We did choose the 4 year service/maintenance plan after he reviewed all options with us. He was very fast and had everything prepared so that we could complete the deal quickly. More
