The salesmen are knowledgeable and helpful, but the dealership tried selling me a new vehicle with a major issue. I finally bought another car after 23 years! I was dreading this day, but Nikkolas made the entire experience as painless, as stress-free, and as quickly as possible while ensuring I received th I was dreading this day, but Nikkolas made the entire experience as painless, as stress-free, and as quickly as possible while ensuring I received the best deal and never missing an important detail in the process from start to finish. It took a week because after test driving the car on a Saturday, I could not pick it up until a week later. Nikkolas explained politely that their policy doesn’t allow them to accept deposits and hold used cars, but he graciously managed to make an exception for me. Nikkolas is very understanding, down to earth, laid back, easy to get along with, and is a superb sales person overall. Highly recommend Nikkolas and Honda of Lisle! More
