I just bought a CPO Honda Passport, and I am very pleased with my purchase! The dealership's price and finance rates were very competitive; in fact, they could not be beaten (and I have been car shopping for with my purchase! The dealership's price and finance rates were very competitive; in fact, they could not be beaten (and I have been car shopping for two months!). The sales and finance team were fantastic! Sales Manager Tony Micelli was fantastic to work with; he answered all my questions and made me feel very confident about my purchase, and my salesperson was very knowledgeable about the vehicle's features. Finance Manager Jose Alicia was also wonderful. He spent a considerable amount of time explaining the various extended warranty packages to me, taking the time to teach me about each package and which one would work best for my family. Lastly, Service Manager Carlos Jimenez was very helpful and was able to obtain a wheel lock key for the vehicle, as I couldn't find the original key. I was just going to have the parts department order one for me, but Carlos insisted that I couldn't leave the lot without it, in the off-chance that I got a flat tire. I loved my yesterday's experience buying from Honda of Lisle. I normally visited Honda of Lisle Service department for scheduled car maintenance, as my prior car was also a Honda. Very nice people work there, so I decided to give this dealership a shot when choosing my new car. From the start I was warmly greeted by the saleperson. My salesperson, Ahmed, was very professional and courteous, very knowledgeable about the car. The whole process, from entering the dealership, deciding on the cars I wanted to try, test drive, making decision to buy, discussing terms and trade in, financing process and finally picking up my car took just under 3 hours. I am very happy with the whole experience. I sure would recommend Honda of Lisle to my family and friends. The only wish I had (not just with this dealership, but all the car dealerships), that dealerships would tone down finance manager practice to upsell all the extras during paperwork. But the experience overall was excellent. More
