Help with bringing a car to me I called the dealership later one evening and my call was transferred to John P., our regular sales person. My Pilot was not starting and without hesitation he brought over a car for me to drive until mine could be towed the next day. He was a lifesaver to my son and I, as it was very cold that night and I needed a vehicle to drive to work the next day. He has always been responsive to our needs and is patient and knowledgeable! Ended up being rust on my rotors and they resurfaced them for me. On the house because I am an awesome person 🤗 So is my sales guy Russ Meyer, Mark Salka in service and Andy Otoe manager. The service representative checked the console an I took my '17 in for oil change, wheel rotation and what appeared to be a problem with the console. The service representative checked the console and took me to other similar vehicles. The consoles worked the same. It is how the console is designed. The oil change and wheel rotation were completed quickly. A check of the alignment showed a minor adjustment was needed. The adjustment was completed before my vehicle was returned to me. There has never been an occasion that anything less than complete satisfaction has resulted. Each visit includes not only a report of what work was accomplished, but the report includes information about work that should be considered in the future. It includes suggestions on ways to increase performance and satisfaction with the car. We have even started taking our second car there for service, which is not a Honda, and receive the same level of service for it as for the Honda. More
