It seems like any time I come here, I always get someone who has an attitude. Sometimes there is someone who is genuinely nice, but over the past few years, I've come to the conclusion that unless you are s who has an attitude. Sometimes there is someone who is genuinely nice, but over the past few years, I've come to the conclusion that unless you are spending a bunch of money on overpriced service or buying brand new cars every couple of years, they treat you like a waste of time. I have finally had it with being treated like my time is not valuable when their service bays are empty. Honda of Omaha treated me better even though they were super busy. Many of the people at Honda of Lincoln act as though they hate their job. I dont trust HOL to even touch my car anymore, because the environment is so negative. There are plenty of better dealerships and mechanics in Lincoln. Thanks for ruining it for the Honda buyers there. More

Service department help We had a major problem with our Honda that we purchased at Honda of Lincoln that we would have to pay approximately $1700 to fix. Our sales rep and several of the service Dept personnel went to bat for us and we were able to negotiate a fair price for the repair. They were helpful, courteous and went the extra mile. It was repaired in short order. The few times we've been there, we've gotten good service. These fellows helped that day. More

When I was waiting until my Honda was done, Russ stopped by to make sure everything was going okay. I could tell Russ cared about the customers he cam in contact with by the way he showed his concern and by his friendliness. I would recommend Russ if you need assistance buying a car, he will take care of you! More

My vehicle was kept inside as we were in a severe weather warning. I was also given a loaner Honda Pilot to drive while I waited for my vehicle. This is why I'm a Honda/Acura buyer for life. He really has gone above and beyond and helped w our insurance company and taking over in being our spokes person. This has alleviated much stress off of us due to the fact that I have not been in the best health lately and hospitalized recently.
