The staff at Honda greeted me promptly when I pulled up for an express oil change. Told me the wait would be about 40 min. I had my oil changed and tires rotated at Williamson while visiting my mother (from Texas). Upon arrival I was given an estimate of wait time, which the service team met almost to the minute.
