On the second day of our trip, getting ready to stop for the night pulling off I 80 and at the first stop our car stalled. Luckily we were able to get it started again and I asked my son to look up the local Honda dealer. We called and spoke to Bob Vargar. He told us to come in the next day and he would help us as best as he could. Luckily we were able to make it to the hotel and get to the dealership at 7 o'clock in the morning. They took us right in. They had the car up on the lift. The service advisor, Jim Hudson, and the mechanic (sorry I don't know his name), told us that the air compressor had seized and tore our A/C alternator belt. They discovered a way to circumvent the air compressor and get us on the road quicker than I ever could have imagined. My son and I made it to Denver that evening with the help of all the kind people in Lincoln Honda. Everybody was helpful and caring. More

I called & they told me to bring it back in, knowing that I was 1100 miles away. When I said that wasn't possible, they told me I'd have to take it to another dealer and have it repaired again (at my expense, of course). I question what, if anything was done on my car since they make sure customers cannot watch as the repairs are done. I had my car in to this same shop a few days after my initial visit for a simple lock repair. (A part had to be ordered.) I advised the customer service rep that I was on a tight schedule and would need to be on the road before noon. They said it would take approximately an hour for the repair. Two and a half hours later I was busy trying to reschedule appointments because I could not get a clear answer regarding how long the repair would take. This likely will be the last Honda car I buy. (It was purchased from a different dealer.) I've purchased nothing but new Honda cars for since the 90's. I am now shopping for something else, anything else but a Honda. My first Accord was a good car. This one has been nothing but a lemon and I've been very unhappy with service I've gotten at this and other Honda dealers. More

The service representative took only my first name; I bought the vehicle there four years ago, so she did not need a lot of information from me. She told me it would be about 45 minutes and gave me a handheld device that would page me when the vehicle was ready. I went to the waiting area with my laptop to work using their free wifi. When the pager notified me that the car was ready, the service representative informed me of three items that will need replacement within the next few months, but there was no high pressure up-sell. She also let me know a cost effective way to address some of the items. I really appreciate that I can now plan my service expenditures over the next few months. More
Regular Service and Warranty Service I had a regular oil change plus a new engine air filter was recommended. Main reason for visit was some warranty service done. Something needed to be replaced on a rear axle. The van was needed for couple of days and I was given an Accord to drive from Thursday to Saturday. Van was ready when promised. I also was looking at a new van and worked with Mark O'Donnell Was treated very well. Made do deal as yet. More
