They always get the job done in a efficient and timely manner. they always take the time to explain everything to someone like me with little knowledge of cars. That is why i am so glad we have Honda of Lincoln to service all of our vehicles. They are THE best. The Service Manager Jeff, is also so nice and always available it you need to talk to him. Poor cashier service Price changed dramatically from the parts counter, to the cashier. Not sure why. The quantity of parts in my hand didn't change but, the price went up. Also, I really didn't appreciate her shortness with me when I questioned her about the price difference. Unfortunately, my seventeen year old son witnessed this. We have never owned a Honda before, and I was teaching him how and where to go for service and parts for his car. His reaction to this employee was nothing short of being flabbergasted. I had to explain to him that this is not how you should be treated. SMH. I am so disappointed. More
Water problem in our Honda Fit Jeff and Dave worked on our car a number of times. We have had a recurring water problem. They have both gone over the top to help us deal with it. Honda Customer for Life My car stopped running at 5:45pm. Thankfully I was just getting to my apartment. I called Honda of Lincoln who stated it was most likely my battery My car stopped running at 5:45pm. Thankfully I was just getting to my apartment. I called Honda of Lincoln who stated it was most likely my battery or my alternator after describing the problem. They informed me that it was covered by warranty as well as road side assistance. Justin Wiley went above and beyond and offered to drive to me a temporary vehicle to use while my car was being repaired. He arrived at 7:10pm. The important part that really made the service exceptional was that the service department that would normally handle the replacement car was closed. Justin was willing to take my call, and after getting approval from a supervisor, drove the temporary car even though that was not required in his job description. I called road side assistance who arrived to pick up my car ahead of schedule at 7:20pm. The gentlemen that picked up my car dropped off my car, got my car started and rolled up my window at the dealer. He informed me everything was taken care of. I also received text message updates while waiting for him to arrive from the service provider. Every representative that I spoke with either on the phone in customer service, at the dealer, or in person displayed outstanding customer service and empathy for my situation. Yes my car was under warrenty however it is the service that ultimetly provides the satisfaction in this type of situation. At the end of the day my car issue was resolved in under two hours. I test drove a new crv, although it was very nice I wanted more options which I knew I couldn't afford in a brand new one. Ended up buying a very nice 2014 with a lot of options. I'm very pleased. Nathan was extremely helpful and after a bit of conversation new what I wanted. More

We have been customers there for over 10 years, and have continued to have our vehicles serviced there, even after moving to Omaha. We have always been impressed with their service and always have felt that we could trust them. Recently, they truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. While on vacation, and on a Saturday afternoon, the air conditioner on our 9 year old CR-V stopped blowing air. The air conditioner had been replaced about a year before, so I called Honda of Lincoln and left a message wondering which parts had been repaired and if we had a warranty. Even though their service department was closed, the Service Manager, Jeff, called me from home and talked me through the repair. He even visited with the Honda service team in Florida and helped them diagnose the issue, which they had initially misdiagnosed. He also checked back in after the repair to make sure everything was working smoothly. I feel as though Honda of Lincoln doesn't just view its customers as income, they truly care about us and our well being. We will continue to service (and purchase) there going forward. More
