I had a 2002 Honda Civic EX that I also purchased from this dealership (new at that time). Let me say that the 10 years that I kept the vehicle and maintained the scheduled maintenance services all at Hon this dealership (new at that time). Let me say that the 10 years that I kept the vehicle and maintained the scheduled maintenance services all at Honda of Lincoln, all of the service people were courteous,and trustworthy! Even once when I in error left my radio going without the car being fully turned on for an hour that it drained my battery, a stranger came by to recharge it. I took it in to Honda of Lincoln to have them put in a new battery (at the time the car was 8 yrs old running on the original battery still) it was on a saturday and they took it in and tested it. The service person came back out to tell me that there was no need to buy a new battery that it tested out just fine. He explained to me that I had simply drained the battery by letting the radio run for that hour. Now, he could of chose to tell me different and put a new one in, but not at this dealership, you can trust them to be honest. My car ran on that same battery for a full additional year before it was testing low enough to purchase a new one. I of course had them install a Honda battery. I sold my civic this past April and purchased new once again from Honda of Lincoln, the place where not only did I get a deal that none of the Omaha dealership's could match in any way, but a dealership where I will again only take my car in for service knowing that I can trust their service and receive courteous service as well. Thank you Honda of Lincoln for being the dealership one can trust both before and after a sale. More
We were having trouble with fumes coming into our 2007 Honda and took it to the service department to determine the problem. The service department discovered that the dip stick was missing. After the service department reviewed our records and determined that the only place we have had our car serviced was at the Honda service department, Nate Laushman ordered a new dipstick, put it in personally the next day and at no cost to us. The fumes problem is solved. Nate's expertise and customer friendly attitude will keep us coming back and recommending the service department to others. More

I purchased a new 2012 Honda Odyssey a few months ago and I am installing the Towing package myself. I researched the internet for pricing on the parts required, both Honda parts and after market parts thro I am installing the Towing package myself. I researched the internet for pricing on the parts required, both Honda parts and after market parts through other manufacturers. I decided to go with the Honda parts. I visited the parts dept at Honda of Lincoln and I must say that the customer service was 2nd to none. I dealt with Mark, and asked him about the prices I saw online for official Honda parts and if he could come close to matching that price. He took the time to research the matter and pricing, and even consulted another gentlemen in the parts dept, Craig Cameron. Mark was able to give me a terrific price on the part. Even better was that the parts were on hand and I did not have to wait for delivery. Even after giving me the great price, they even reminded me about the instructions and printed them out for me. I feel that Mark went above and beyond in his customer service to me. I asked him what he could do for me on the price, and he did what he could to get me the best price possible, which I was greatly satisfied with. I am extremely satisfied with Honda of Lincoln. I have been a customer for years, and have always been pleased. This experience has definitely been a great one and has solidified my loyalty to working with Honda of Lincoln in the future, and to continue to recommend them to others as well. Thank you Mark. More
Had to change my service appointment at the last minute, they were very flexible and reschedule it for the next day. I appreciated that greatly. Williamson staff is always proactive in caring for my van - explaining at each visit what I can expect for future maintenance which helps us budget for the expense. Honda of Lincoln works on all of my vehicles, a 2011 Honda Pilot and two Jeeps. Larry Holtmeier is an excellent mechanic, and he corrects the problem first time, every time. Dave Rose greeted me with a smile and called me by name as I drove into the service area. I had my CRV serviced and they also noticed my one windshield wiper blade was not working very well and I needed a as I drove into the service area. Before they did the last two things Dave came out to the waiting area and told me of these items that needed attention. They were done, I paid and off I went for home.
