Quick, Complete, and Friendly I went to the express service lane without an appointment at around 2PM. The service representative took only my first name; I bought the vehicle there four years ago, so she did not need a lot of information from me. She told me it would be about 45 minutes and gave me a handheld device that would page me when the vehicle was ready. I went to the waiting area with my laptop to work using their free wifi. When the pager notified me that the car was ready, the service representative informed me of three items that will need replacement within the next few months, but there was no high pressure up-sell. She also let me know a cost effective way to address some of the items. I really appreciate that I can now plan my service expenditures over the next few months. More
Regular Service and Warranty Service I had a regular oil change plus a new engine air filter was recommended. Main reason for visit was some warranty service done. Something needed to be replaced on a rear axle. The van was needed for couple of days and I was given an Accord to drive from Thursday to Saturday. Van was ready when promised. Awesome customer service, always willing to help and takes care of everything. Couldn't ask for a better experience when coming here. Express service had me in and out in about an hour and a half. Judy told me exactly what needed to be done and gave me an estimate before the service, other than the oil change, was done. The total cost was actually lower than I expected and I'm thrilled that it was all taken care of on one trip rather than me having to schedule a return appointment. I always take my CRV to the dealership for servicing. That way I know that it's being done right! More

Because when I talked to Caleb about a couple concerns with my car he got me in and had a car waiting for me to drive while mine was being worked on. Over the years of our association with Honda of Lincoln (we bought our first Honda from them in 2000), we have been especially impressed with the service department personnel. A specific example is Darrin (we bought our first Honda from them in 2000), we have been especially impressed with the service department personnel. A specific example is Darrin Curry whom we have always found to be friendly, courteous, and helpful. He takes the time needed to listen to and answer our questions; and, if necessary, does extra research to find a good answer. He persists until any job is done, and done well. Although we live in Lincoln, if we did not, we would be willing to drive a hundred miles to have our car serviced/repaired at this Honda dealership. Bob & Ann More
I had purchased a used Cadillac from Honda of Lincoln. I had a recurring issue with the passenger mirror. As this was not a Honda, the service area was unable to resolve the issue on site. However, Jeff Wil had a recurring issue with the passenger mirror. As this was not a Honda, the service area was unable to resolve the issue on site. However, Jeff Williams and his team went above and beyond to resolve this issue. They worked with another Cadillac dealer (Husker) to fix the issue, this company was extremely difficult to work with, stated they corrected the issue and did not. Jeff sat down in the car, we trouble shot the issue and unfortunately needed to take it back for service. Jeff could sense my frustration with Husker Cadillac and went above and beyond to find another dealer that could not only service Cadillacs, but were ethical and with integrity. They fixed the car the next day, Jeff took the time to make sure everything was working properly and even had a GM master tech look through the vehicle. They even detailed the car before I picked it up. Honda of Lincoln has earned a loyal customer here. I will have them service all items within their expertise from here on out. I appreciate all that they did! More
