Unfortunately, I had to bring my vehicle in for repairs today and was helped by Jim Hudson. Jim met me on the service drive at my vehicle and was very prompt and knowledgeable. When the repairs on my vehicle were complete, he was very to the point on the phone of what was done to repair the problem and that the requested maintenance was completed. This was one of the best experiences I have had with a service advisor since I left the service drive myself 15 years ago. The only problem was that the wrong MPI was stapled to my invoice, but with a shared printer and the volume that goes through the shop, it is understandable how it could happen. My only other concern is we in north Lincoln are still waiting on the downtown/north Lincoln service Center we were promised when Williamson moved so far south. More

HOL's service department goes the extra mile to keep customers excited to purchase and service their Honda's here. My AC stopped working a few months after warranty expired, and Jeff worked hard to dia customers excited to purchase and service their Honda's here. My AC stopped working a few months after warranty expired, and Jeff worked hard to diagnose the problem as likely due to a leak that started many months earlier. The diagnosis and repair were done without charge. This is one of the many reasons I return to HOL when needing either service or replacing a vehicle. More

We brought our Pilot in for a routine oil change on Saturday. One of the sales associates, Russ Meyer sought us out because of my 14 plates. Russ came and asked me about a large scratch on the drivers side door and told me he was going to see if that could be buffed out. When I picked up our car I couldn't even find a scratch. Russ went above and beyond. Definitely when we are in the market to purchase a car I will seek him out. More
