I’m always skeptical of service centers. A lot of people say that they don’t use the dealer, as they charge more than a local garage. This Honda center and in particular Jim Hudson have reversed those feelings. I feel like the work done is done well and if there is a problem it’s never just assigned to me as the fault. They have been good about not up-selling me into things I don’t need. I also trust Jim’s opinion on matters that I just don’t know. I like them a lot. The customer service is stellar. More
