We asked Greg Hoag to keep an eye out for a mini-van. We told him what we wanted, how much we wanted to spend, and when we wanted to spend it. The paperwork was not ready when I was notified that the vehicle was ready. I had to wait up to 10 days for a title /unreal, maybe on a new car there may not be a title but on a used car the title should re vehicle was ready. I wanted the official accident report of this trailblazer kept with the carfax report given to me at the time of purchase, instead it was thrown away. Thank Kevin for getting another report. The girl that swapped the license plates from suv to suv did not put all the screws where they were supposed to be, in fact the front liscense plate could just be lifted out of the holder----it was not properly attached. The rear had only 2 of 4 screws holding the license plate and frame. I had to go to Advance auto parts to get new screws to finish the job. I should not have needed to this all the hardware was already there on my trade in. I had asked about the oil (type used) and oil filter (brand) and received to response. Trailblazers use a special ac delco oil filter that has a check ball in the filter. Other than that I have no complaints. Repair work was done in a timely fashion, wash buff polish inside and out looked good, gas in the tank a plus. Over all I would do business with Williamson Honda again. More

I checked many different dealerships much closer to my area and opted to drive the 160 mile round trip to work with these people. They did what they could to help find a payment that I could handle while still making sure I drove away in the car I wanted. There seemed to be no sneaky or hard-sell methods used. They simply were ready to make the sale and do the work when I was ready to buy. They were knowlegable about the models they offer as well as some they don't carry. Shane in particular was patient with my mind changing and financial concerns. He even came in and spent his day off working on my sale. Finally, we were under serious time constraints when we finally made the trip, and these people had everything prepared and treated us with the urgency we projected while somehow continuing to be thorough and deal with all of our concerns. I will recommend this company to everyone (as well as a Honda!). Also, we are likely not going to bother with anyone else in two years when we replace our other car. More

I found out I could have gone through Costco and purchased the same car for about $1000 less with their auto discount program. When I used the Edmunds Value finder on your website it gave me a trade purchased the same car for about $1000 less with their auto discount program. When I used the Edmunds Value finder on your website it gave me a trade in value of $26,600. I belive I was given $1200 less than that for my trade value. My pilot was in very good condition and even had options included on my vehicle that the Edmund's pricing did not even factor into the trade value. I would recommend taking that Edmund's trade value tool off your website if this is not what you use to value cars. My sales rep said they use a different method of calculating the trade value. More

I was ready to trade in a big old Cad... Went up to Lincoln, with an open mind, to try different smaller cars. Drove two only.. After driving the Accord I knew that's the car I wanted. Love it !
