Since I have bought this car, I have had no follow-up conversation with Tracey Graham, even though she said that she would contact me on the following Monday after I picked my car up. She also told my grandson that she had a surprise/present for him, since he had been with us when I bought my car, and that she would have it for him when we picked my car up, but nothing was there. I understand that she had a funeral to attend, but the other gentleman said that he would leave a note for her about that. I think the 3 hours that I spent in trying to get the purchase of this car was a little too long for me. I had wanted to just be able to go in and write a check for my car, but my husband thought that I should finance to build my credit, but 3 hours on the first visit and another 2 hours on the second visit?? Tracey and the other gentleman that helped us when we picked up my car were very helpful, and that was greatly appreciated. I would still recommend Williamson Honda, but would advise people that if they are serious about purchasing a car, be prepared to spend a lot of time. Marcia Soden More
We had never thought of buying a Honda vehicle before Ryan Roberts moved to Williamson Honda. We knew we would now get the run around and the "sales pitch" from him as we did with other dealers. He is also not pushy. The thing we hate the most is sales personnel that push, push, push. A car is a huge purchase and cannot be rushed. Ryan was very patient with us as we kept wanting to drive other vehicles and truly see what we liked. We will definitely use Honda again, especially if Ryan is still a sales rep. More
Brian was very friendly. He made sure my family and I knew all about the vehicle before we bought it. He was honest about the small oil leak and I found that surprising. Tracey was very helpful on my initial visit. She did not pressure me while negotiating my lease. It was my first time leasing a vehicle and the dealership made the process very easy. They explained how it worked , the incentives and the process on this deal. The only reason I gave them a 4 instead of a 5 on the price was due to the acquisition fee. The fine print I read at negotiating said the net capital value includes the $595 fee. I thought the the car price was equal to net capital value on a lease, but fee is actually added to car price to become net capital value. That was my mistake on negotiating. However I learned a great deal from this experience. More
Brian kept in touch for over two years until we were ready to buy a new car. Very courteous and never pushy. Spent over an hour going over everything when we picked it up. I would definitely refer anyone I know that's looking for a new Honda. This is our 4th new Honda purchase from Williamson beginning in 1987. Three Civic's and the new Fit. An interesting story about the first of two 1991 Civics... Carol was forced to swerve on a gravel road to avoid an oncoming truck. She lost control and the Civic traveled UNDERNEATH three steel cables strung between steel I Beams that was used as a retaining wall next to a steep drop off. The cables stretched over the top of the Civic without crushing the roof beams. The car landed right side up on a pile of limestone boulders. Carol's only injury was a broken bone in her foot and a few bumps and bruises. She walked home (about a half mile) to call for help. The car was totaled so we bought another 91 Civic. We purchased our first brand new Honda from Williamson' of December (2010). As always, they were very professional and extremely easy to work with. We purchased our first brand new Honda from Williamson's many many years ago, we then purchased our new 2007 Honda Pilot from them and will be purchasing our next new car from Williamson. We have also gone to Williamson for all of our service work on our Honda Pilot. Their service after the sale has also been top notch. Professional work, clear communication and up front info on maintenacne costs and expectations. We are very pleased with Williamson, we will continue to do business with them and we tell our friends to do the same. ADM More
