I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Brian again nor would I hesitate to recommend him to others. You're fortunate to have him working there. We also worked briefly with Mike (loan person) who we also liked dealing with. Your dealership has a good reputation in the community. After buying two vehicles there I can understand why it does. Recently bought a used Ford Fusion from Williamson. The car had been in a minor fender bender, but Williamson made every effort to make sure I was comfortable with the purchase. I had the vehicle inspected by a mechanic, who suggested having some things adjusted and taken care of (aligning some body panels correctly) before I bought it. Williamson made the changes without any questions asked and without any cost to me. There were also some minor cracks in the windshield which they also agreed to fill in for us at no additional cost. Even though we have already purchased the vehicle, they are following up on the windshield repair and making sure it gets done. They were upfront about every aspect of the process and I didn't feel pressured at any point. Thanks for an easy and simple process, Williamson! More
