I went to Williamson Honda because I've gotten my 1997 Honda Civic serviced there for the last 10 years. I was ready to buy a (new) used car, hoping to trade my 97 Civic. I fell in love with the Fit, an Honda Civic serviced there for the last 10 years. I was ready to buy a (new) used car, hoping to trade my 97 Civic. I fell in love with the Fit, and Caleb let me drive the cars they had there. He was very knowledgeable, but didn't smother me with attention and presence! I was comfortable asking questions and didn't get the weird "obligated" feeling. A week after the test drives, I went back to Williamson and bought a 2011 Fit! Loving it! More
No way to evaluate the quality of work done for a 105K maintenance until driven awhile. Price of $800 compared to the $300 or so for regular 15K maintenance when considering that valve adjustment and spa maintenance until driven awhile. David was very helpful and was willing to show us all the options that we had and what he could do for us. He didn't pressure us into something that was right for us and was very patient since we were new t options that we had and what he could do for us. The only complaint we had was that they didn't work w/ us more toward a second purchase. We were prepared to trade two vehicles, but only ended up closing one deal with your dealership.
