Robert's best quality was one of "listening to the customer", which we appreciated so very much. He was very knowledgeable about the product he was selling and helped us set up our information center in the CR-V that we purchased, always putting us first! Scott was the finance person who assisted us through the financing process. We so enjoyed getting to know Scott as well. Scott was very personal and we felt right at home. He performed his job very effectively, taking us through all of the processes and explaining all of the benefits of the program(s).
