I am 69 years old and have used (and abused a few) sales resps in my life and generally do not hold car sales people in high esteem. Greg is THE major exception to my general perspective on car sales reps. Our son, at our suggestion, also purchased a Honda from Greg and we also purchased an Oldsmobile from Williamson many years ago. More than the very good automobiles which Honda offers is also the importance we place on a creditable dealership and a sales rep who we believe acts with character and integrity and that is Greg's core values. No pressure, take one's time, ask whatever and as many questions as one might wish, etc. Greg is also very knowledgable about the cars he sells, knows even the small details related to the function and operation of these vehicles, and, while representing the best interests of this dealership, we have always felt he also worked to represent our legitimate issues and perspectives. We have recommended him to others and, to a person, they all are highly pleased with him during the sales process. Williamson is a fine dealership and we believe they do stand for character and integrity in their relationships and encounters with their customers. The service manager, Jeff Williams, likewise, is a very talented and customer centered professional and wants to be certain that repairs are attended to in exemplary fashion...and they are. The other staff also stand out as doing their jobs at a very high level. Greg and Williamson have our best recommendation. More
We are first time, new-car buyers and were very knowledgeable going into the the experience, having researched new vehicles. We had but one complaint: Shane did not warn us that Honda changes interest rates at the beginning of every month for their vehicles. Had we known this, we could have locked in the amazing 1.9% interest rate. Over all, our experience at Williamson Honda was a fair one. A few of the highlights of our experience were touring the maintenance shop (how far they exceed the expected customer service and, truth be known, we are suckers for that). Dealing with Shane in general made for quite a delightful experience. The test drive was, of course, pretty fun. We would highly recommend Hondas to anyone in the market for a vehicle. We would highly recommend Williamson Honda to our friends and family (already very pro-Honda...). This is our second Honda and we wouldn't have it any other way! Dave Rose greeted me with a smile and called me by name as I drove into the service area. I had my CRV serviced and they also noticed my one windshield wiper blade was not working very well and I needed a as I drove into the service area. I had my CRV serviced and they also noticed my one windshield wiper blade was not working very well and I needed a new air filter. Before they did the last two things Dave came out to the waiting area and told me of these items that needed attention. They were done, I paid and off I went for home. We started with Mike Kreifels who we have work with for years. Mike took the time to show us the cars and suv's that we were interested in taking several hours on 2 or 3 different days. The CRV that we want they didn't have and Mike worked hard to get one for us from a different dealer. He gave us a great trade in price and overall a great deal. Chad Erwin explained the extended warranty to us and was very helpful in explaining how it worked and the benefits of it. Brian Kreuzberg was very good about going through the books and explaining everything and taking us to the CRV and showing us how everything work and how set the phone, radio, and many other things up. They were all great and took all the time we needed to feel good about it. More

I selected the car and negotiated online, with the exception of a couple of phone calls as negotiations closed. We even got the 0.9% financing, which saved thousands in interest by paying off the loan on the trade-in. WOW! More
Buying from Williamson's was hands down the best car buying experience we've ever had. We had done a lot of research and knew just what we wanted, what we were going to spend and what our trade-in was w buying experience we've ever had. We told him our needs & wants for the new car and he went out of his way to find exactly what we had in mind. They didn't have the CRV we wanted on the lot and he immediately started searching for one-and found it! It happened to arrive on his day off but he came in and spent 3+ hrs. going over the vehicle and all it's accessoris to make sure I knew how to work everything. He really seems to enjoy what he does and never seemed in a hurry to get done-he really gives personalized service. Service after the sale has also been great. We've had follow-up calls to make sure everything is working, do we have any questions, any problems, etc. The whole dealership really seems to care about their customers. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend your dealership to anyone looking for a postive car buying experience-thanks for everything. More
