Everyone at Williamson was very helpful and friendly. My service was taking care of very quickly. Both Kevin and Ryan knew a lot about the vehicle i was interested in. Our search for a Honda Fit started about two years ago with Larry. We know Hondas are of exceptional quality and retain their value, but we just didn't have the $$$ to buy until now. Larry continued to with Larry. We know Hondas are of exceptional quality and retain their value, but we just didn't have the $$$ to buy until now. Larry continued to contact us over the years every time he came across a car he thought we would be interested in. I come from a family of negotiators, so the lack of willingness to work on the price of the vehicle disappointed me. But I understand it's a sellers market right now and the buyer does not have much leverage. More
Needing to replace a vehile totaled in an accident we went to Wlliamson Honda. Their reputation is well known in the area. I have found Williamsons to be honest, very reliable, fast, and accurate work I & and my whole family can trust them. That is more than I can say for most car dealers. fast, and accurate work I & and my whole family can trust them. That is more than I can say for most car dealers. More

I originally stopped in to shop for a new Honda Ridgeline, they had one left and we tried to make a deal. After discussing the proposal from Williamson Honda we decided we wanted a vehicle with mo Ridgeline, they had one left and we tried to make a deal. After discussing the proposal from Williamson Honda we decided we wanted a vehicle with more options on it and were ready to look at other vehicles. The sales person contacted me the next morning to see if I was interested and I indicated that we were looking for something with more options on it. The salesperson understood. Later that morning he called back to let me know that they had just received a lease return of a 2009 Ridgeline with many more options and he asked if I would be interested. I agreed to look at it and stopped in to test drive it. Once I arrived the sales person indicated that the vehicle was a 2008 and not a 2009 and they would do a number of repairs and clean the vehicle as part of our deal and the sales person indicated that those repairs and maintenance would take 2 weeks to complete. Once we began negotiating the sales person told me that the repairs and maintence would probably take 3 -4 days instead of 2 weeks. So, we came to an agreement and I also indicated that I would sign the paperwork prior to delivery so the sales person could get credit in July's business. The salesperson promised he would regularly update me on the progress of the repairs and cleaning and would get those done as quickly as possible. 3 days later he called to let me know that the vehicle would not be done for another 2 - 3 days I then requested that they provide me with a vehicle that I could use to tow something the next day. He agreed to have a vehicle available and I could pick it up the next day. When I returned the borrowed vehicle, which was 7 days after signing the paperwork, the sales person was on the phone so I didn't want to interrupt him and I left the keys to the borrowed truck and left. The next day, Friday, (now 8 days after signing the paperwork), at 4:30PM I had to call the sales person to get an update on the progress of our vehicle, he indicated that it would not be ready until the following Monday or Tuesday due to a bumper cover that had not come, I requested a loaner vehicle and he called back a few minutes later to let me know he would have one ready for me to keep over the weekend. I did not hear anything from the sales person until I returned to the dealership to sign a title the following Monday. When he missed me at the dealership he called my home to let me know my vehicle would be ready the next day at noon, he called at 6:00PM. I realize this was an unusual situation, however, the bottom line here is I had hoped to have an outstanding customer service experience, however it was average at best. I would have felt much better about the experience if a couple of minor things had been handled differently. 1) Underpromise and over deliver, it would have been better to continue to tell me it would take 2 weeks instead of telling me it would probably only take 3-4 days to have the vehicle ready. If that would have been done I would have received the vehicle in less than 2 weeks and would have not felt like I was given a line in order to close the deal, which, by the way, a 2 week wait would not have prevented me from buying this vehicle. 2) Fulfill the promise of regular updates on the progress of the repairs and maintenance, I should not have had to call him to find out how the repairs and maintenance was progressing. 3) In the end we are pleased with the vehicle, however, when we need to replace my wife's vehicle in 2 - 3 years I will think twice before coming back to Williamson Honda to purchase a vehicle. Thank You, Ivan T. Gearhart More
