I came in with a specific car in mind and worked with Nathan to make sure that was the car I wanted and would best fit my needs. He was very patient, transparent, and willing to answer all my questions. Afterwards, I worked with Chad to figure out all the financial aspects of the car purchase. He was very understanding and empathetic of my first-time-car-buying situation and made sure I understood all the terms and conditions when it came to the warranty and all the service programs that were available to me.
