The service advisor, Dave, was very helpful and set my expectations properly when he let me know the amount of time it would take to complete the service provided. Part of the service provided during this visit was to install a fog light kit I ordered through the Williamson Parts department. Unfortunately the parts department was not as through as I would like, they did not order the correct switch for the fog light kit and I needed to return the next day in order to have the correct switch installed. Dave had the switch installed in less than 5 minutes as he promised the day before, so please commend Dave for his fine customer service skills. More

I have dealt with Williamson Honda many times, but I must say that this time was the best overall. I dealt with Tracy Graham. From that first meeting she was great. I guess the best thing about Tracy that I respected was that when I told her I had bought Honda's here before, she wanted to know if I had a preference of Salespersons. My respect has grown even more to the dealership for having such a great person as Tracy working there.
