The staff were very supportive, helpful and flexible. We visited this location several times and took multiple test drives before making the decision to purchase. As the purchase process continued, the staff presented us with a number of purchase options which enabled us to select a plan that was both acceptable and beneficial to our financial standing. We were well pleased with the experience and look forward to a long standing relationship with the dealership (first time for owning a Honda). If presented with the need to purchase another vehicle, we would come back to this dealership for another one. More
I love my 2012 Honda CRV. It is safe, reliable, stylish and the ride is like no other. After the recent death of my father I was left to help my mother with circumstances, which I know all to well, being I am a widow myself. She still drove , but hated their van and she would be alone this winter. I spoke with my slaesman Ryan Roberts and he took it upon himself to find my Mom a 2012 Honda CRV that was just right for her. She especially loves the color! Again the customer service was outstanding especially when working with our salesman Ryan Roberts, as well as with Chad Erwin in finance. They both handled this sale with ease and grace. Helping both my myself and mother be confident in our purchase. Both myself and my mother will continue to send our family and friends to Honda of Lincoln!!! We used the internet for the first time ever in buying a vehicle (new Honda Odyssey). The transaction went very well as the communication was great between both parties. We live two hours away and decided to purchase an Odyssey after test driving the vehicles of our interest. We used the internet to search and find the best deal. With our work schedules, the dealership was flexible in allowing us to come a few days later to finalize the deal and drive it home. The vehicle was ready when we arrived with the extras done that we requested. Thanks to the Jason and Honda of LIncoln for making this a great experience. We were very surprised and very thankful of Jason in explaining all the details and features of the Odyssey. The time he gave us was beyond our expectations. Thanks Jason !!! I had my 2005 Honda CRV serviced for the 135,400 miles I have put on this vehicle. Dave Rose has been my go to guy for service the last two years. He is always friendly and caring for the customer. He has the service work done that needs to be and also makes suggestions for thing that will have to be done in the future. The work is always done when Dave says it will be done if not sooner. He explained to me all that was done to my vehicle and then lets me know what will be done the next time that I am in for service. To me Dave Rose has my best interest to keep my vehicle in great running order. The cost is always fair because I plan on driving this CRV for some time and know that to keep it up in good shape one needs to spend the money where the dealership has the Honda knowledge. He took me seriously. He was gracious, appropriate, very cooperative and sold us a 2002 Honda Accord for our teenage daughter. More
