We walked into the dealership lot hoping to find what we were looking for and drive away Honda owners. Luckily for us we found only one Honda that met what we were looking for. We were greeted by Shane in the lot who helped us locate other choices and set us up to drive the one we liked. We opted not to look at any other options as this 2012 Honda met our price range and expectations. Shane was only a 4 month employee but seemed very knowledgeable and appeared to know his Honda cars. As with any real purhcase we were there quite some time but nevertheless were happy to get what we wanted. The website advertised 2.9% financing but we found out that did not apply to ours only the 2011. The sales team worked hard to get us where we needed to be and we all were happy in the end. We are hoping to have a long customer relationship with Honda and are looking forward to great service to go along with the sale in the future. We were not pressured at any time and made our own decisions given the options we had. THANKS for a great sale! More

I had a price in mind for our purchase of a new Odyssey, and they were in that range right away. That saves us from an uncomfortable experience. Like all businesses, they need to make money, but were very easy to work with and quoted me a fair price our on transaction. Their service is also fair and honest, yet not pushy. I enjoy going to Williamson Honda. More
We started out with an internet entry inquiring about purchasing a new van. We drove one the next day and begin negotiating. Jason Williams was very polite and professional and just a very nice person purchasing a new van. We drove one the next day and begin negotiating. Within a couple of hours we agreed on a purchase price, and picked up the vehicle the following morning. Everything was ready, and Jason did a very thorough job explaining all the different features and options on the vehicle. Our finance representative (Scott) also explained all the options, but was not pushy about the warranty coverage. This was a very pleasurable experience and we love our new Honda Odyssey. We also have had prior experience with their top-notch service department as we have a 2007 Honda Accord. Their service and honesty went a long way in deciding to purchase another Honda, and from this specific dealer. Thanks to all. More
We have worked with Tracey before when leasing our 2010 Accord. We were pleased with the experience then and decided that Williamson's and Tracey would be the dealership that we would trade our gas-guzzle Accord. We were pleased with the experience then and decided that Williamson's and Tracey would be the dealership that we would trade our gas-guzzler truck in for a new vehicle. We enjoyed going to the dealership and being able to look around on the lot without feeling pressured to speak with someone. When we found a vehicle we liked, we were able to go in the showroom, ask for Tracey and be escorted to her. Tracey was very helpful while figuring out which vehicle to test drive and asked lots of questions to make sure we would test drive the 2011 CR-V we wanted. We were able to take the CR-V out for a test drive and she even recommended a few places to take the vehicle to really test it out. We came back and she found the best deal she could for us. We were very happy with the deal she came up with and she set us up to work out the financing with Chad Erwin. Chad was also very helpful and friendly. We feel that he treated us fairly and did not try to sell us anything extra that would not in the long run benefit us. We took possession of the car after dealing with Chad. The CR-V was very well cleaned for us. We appreciated the attention to detail. After leaving the lot, we noticed some adhesive residue on one of the mirrors and drove back to the dealership to see if they could remove it. We were greeted and the adhesive was quickly removed. We have received a few phone calls from Williamson following up on our purchase and making sure we didn't have any questions about the vehicle. Overall, the service was exceptional and we will definitely go back for future car purchases. More
Experience was good. Very happy in dealings of trading in GMC Envoy for a Honda Accord. The trading in of the GMC Yukon for a Honda Odyssey was not as smooth as for the Accord. We were hoping for a high in GMC Envoy for a Honda Accord. The trading in of the GMC Yukon for a Honda Odyssey was not as smooth as for the Accord. We were hoping for a higher trade in value on the Yukon but were accepting of what was offered. Will shop here in the future. More

Ryan was easy to work with. Paid attention to every detail. I forgot to ask him to tell them not to put wheel shine on the tires because we live in the country, when we went to pick up the car he said detail.
