I bought my car new from Brian in 2009. Since then when I have needed an oil change I have also had my car washed, waxed and detailed. I have always called Brian to set this up. Therefore there are more staff that do the oil change and car cleaning and I think they do a wonderful job also. When I leave the Honda lot I feel my car is safe and nice and shiny. I had a lot of dumb questions for Brian when I first bought my CRV, and he has always been very helpful in explaining things to me. I feel all the staff there are very friendly, professional and qualified. Most important I never feel like I am getting ripped off like I have at other places in the past. Our experience with Scott & Williamson in general was great. We were undecided between the Honda CR_V and the Nissan Roque. We were just given the facts about the CRV and the information needed for us to make our own decision. After the sale, Scott went out of his way to help Julie figure out all the accessories, especially with Bluetooth and her phone. We would recommend Scott and this dealership to anyone interested in a vehicle, new or used. Also, Mr. Barr was helpful with the paper work finalization. He was friendly and did not high pressure us. I needed a new tire for my Honda Ridgeline to replace a punctured tire that couldn't be repaired, but I didn't want to replace the whole set as the remaining tires had a lot of tread left. The problem was, the matching replacement tire had been discontinued by the manufacturer. Something "close" was easily available, but on his own accord, Nolan Bivens went above and beyond by calling all around the area to find the exact match from an Omaha vendor. Great price, too. This is the second time Nolan has helped us with tires and/or other parts (we also have a Honda Pilot), and the service was exceptional both times. I could have tried to find the tires, parts, etc. cheaper elsewhere, but I trust Nolan's service. Thanks, Honda of Lincoln! More
