Ryan Roberts is very nice and professional sales person yet personable too which we like. We knew Ryan before he came to Williamson's (as we purchased a car from him @ his last dealership employment) and yet personable too which we like. Ryan's comments and his understanding of our vehicle possibilites / needs and then helping in processing all our options was very helpful. In Ryan's absence, he had lined up a manager to help us at one visit and to our disappointment when we arrived, we were handed over to a 3 week old new employee. Luckily this was just for another test drive of the Honda Pilot we were interested in. So I contacted Ryan the next day and made sure he knew what happened and he said he discussed this situation with his manager. We ended up buying the Honda Pilot we first looked at which was Ryan's suggestion, so it goes to show you, he really did know what we wanted. More

We came in with a Ford Edge and 77,000 miles on it. Shane came up to us first and welcomed us to Williamson. I thought I was going to be pressured to purchased that night but Shane made us at ease. He offered to set up anything for the next day and said he would pass along our visit to Justin. The next day we showed up early and Shane was in the lobby standing by for us. The negotiation was simple and Mike Kriefels worked with us on a higher mileage vehicle to offer us the best deal. Sometimes I have seen other dealerships place the the salesman in the middle for an us versus them mentality. At Williamson it was very clear that they valued their salesmen. Justin and Mike were quick with very little delay on letting us know what was possible for the lease. Jeremy Franklin in finance was organized and kept us moving along towards the Pilot. We had a very good experience @ Williamson Honda. I've known Brian for a long time and have been friends with his family since I was small. Brian is someone I believe has integrity contrary to stereotypes known Brian for a long time and have been friends with his family since I was small. Brian is someone I believe has integrity contrary to stereotypes many folks have about car salespeople. He's a straight shooter. It's the second car I've bought from him and from your dealership. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Brian again nor would I hesitate to recommend him to others. You're fortunate to have him working there. We also worked briefly with Mike (loan person) who we also liked dealing with. Your dealership has a good reputation in the community. After buying two vehicles there I can understand why it does.
