I have not shopped for a new car in quite a few years. It was refreshing to meet David Karas and be educated on my choices without feeling high pressure. We first met Brian at Williamson Honda while shopping with our grandaughter for a good cheap used car. We ended up buying one from him, and felt he was upfront and honest. He was willing to spend a lot of time with us for buying a fairly cheap used car. When we were ready to buy our new CR-V we asked Brian and 2 other dealerships to make quotes. They were all competitive and Brian was lowest. Without getting into a bidding war, we did a little more dealing, and Brian ended up agreeing to the best deal. Even after he had already made the sale, Brian spent a couple hours with us showing us how to use all of the features of our new vehicle. He seemed to enjoy spending the time with us to educate us, and we liked that. After we had the vehicle a week we discovered a feature wasn't working properly. We contacted him and he personally walked the vehicle into the service dept. and it was fixed. Over the years I have dealt with many car dealers and have had very bad and very good experiences. Our experience with Brian has been one of the best. He is a friendly person, and we trust him and like him. He is genuine, because he is willing to spend the time necessary to make sure we understand everything, and that it is working properly. If we decide to buy a new Honda again in the future, we will definately give Brian a chance to sell it to us. More

The only compaint I have is the sales pressure to buy options such as protection package and extra insurance coverage. I did buy the protection package (which is too expensive) and the insurance package options such as protection package and extra insurance coverage. I did buy the protection package (which is too expensive) and the insurance package at $2000 I did not take (also too expensive). They give you all the "bad news" of what it will cost to fix something if you don't have the insurance or protection packages. The protection package they tell you all what can happen to your vehicle if you don't have it--windshield being all chipped up, dents that I would have to fix, etc. The insurance package was being sold to me by the finance person--don't remember his name. Then if you don't take that package, they had a cheaper one, with less coverage. Reminded me going through a time share sales pitch of which I've gone through many. Otherwise my sales experience was fine. More
