Tracey was very helpful on my initial visit. She did not pressure me while negotiating my lease. It was my first time leasing a vehicle and the dealership made the process very easy. The fine print I read at negotiating said the net capital value includes the $595 fee. I thought the the car price was equal to net capital value on a lease, but fee is actually added to car price to become net capital value. That was my mistake on negotiating. However I learned a great deal from this experience. More

An interesting story about the first of two 1991 Civics... Carol was forced to swerve on a gravel road to avoid an oncoming truck. She lost control and the Civic traveled UNDERNEATH three steel cables strung between steel I Beams that was used as a retaining wall next to a steep drop off. The cables stretched over the top of the Civic without crushing the roof beams. The car landed right side up on a pile of limestone boulders. Carol's only injury was a broken bone in her foot and a few bumps and bruises. She walked home (about a half mile) to call for help. The car was totaled so we bought another 91 Civic.
