We are thrilled with our new Honda Pilot. There was an issue with the XM radio, and everyone was more than helpful. They gave us another Honda Pilot to drive, and had it fixed asap. When we walked into the door, we were completely ignored, when asked for a sales rep the desk girl was not to happy to assist. she advised that no one was available to help us, so we asked for the sales mana when asked for a sales rep the desk girl was not to happy to assist. she advised that no one was available to help us, so we asked for the sales manager to assist us. she finally was able to get Shane to help us. we told Shane exactly what we wanted and he was very quick to take care of it. He was very friendly and apologetic about the wait. He was right then both times we returned from a test drive, he was also very knowledgeable about both vehicles. Had it not been for Shane we would have gone to another dealer. He turned our experience completely around. He made our trip worth while (we live out near airpark). Since buying my car, he has called me several times to follow up with some issues we have had. And also just to see how I like the car. I have recommended him to several people that I know. When I am ready for a new car I will come see Shane first. I am not at all happy about everything, we had gone to williamson based on radio ads about how much they care about the customer, first impression told me that they only cared about existing customers. Again, Shane is a great salesman and williamson should do all they can to keep him in their family. More
This is the 7th vehicle I have purchased from Williamson. I currently own a 2008 Accord and a 2007 Odyssey I recently purchased a 2009 Odyssey for my son and daughter-in-law. Again, my salesperson Kevin McCarville was extremely helpful and very professional in every respect. I heartily recommend (and have)Williamson to anyone who wants quality professional service for purchasing an automobile that in my opinion,is the best made vehicle in the world. We had stopped by Williamson Honda a few weeks ago to test drive the Honda Fit. That is when we met Justin Wiley, who is a pleasant and knowledgeable man about the Honda Fit. He truly believes in Honda, but was very low pressure, which was a welcome change from so many car dealers out there. When my sister was ready to buy a car, we went back to Williamson so she could look the Fit over. The sale went smoothly, it did not take long at all. This was very much appreciated. Justin explained features about the car adequately. They even let me bring my dog inside! OH and when we were taken to look the Fit over, it was inside a large room, so we did not have to stand outside in the cold. That truly was a nice feature of this dealership. Justin called the next day to see how the drive home went (we live 3.5 hours away from Lincoln, NE where Williamson Honda is located). The car drove very smoothly home and my sister loves her new car. More
I am a single mom of three and I have had nothing short of the best service experiences with Williamson Honda for the last 3 years. I just recently signed on to a 3 year lease again and expect they will b of the best service experiences with Williamson Honda for the last 3 years. I just recently signed on to a 3 year lease again and expect they will be just as fabulous as they have been to me over the next 3 years. I feel that they are unmatched in professionalism, knowledge, and overall customer service as compared to 5 other dealers I have dealt with in the past. I am so glad that they hold such high standards in their employees and trust that any one of them would shoot me straight and give me a fair deal on any car. My salesman was helpful and presented the vehicle to us as we requested. The used vehicle needed a little sprucing up and when we returned to the dealership it had been cleaned and repaired as requested. as we requested. I expect the dealership will work with us to correct the problem. I would have appreciated a little more knowledge of the model from the salesman. He said he was not working when the vehicle was new and thus was not aware of all of the vehicle's features. I appreciated the value associated with the "Certified Used" product. I was surprised by the insinuation; the vehicle was still prone to breakdown, that was used to sell the extended warranty. I bought the cheaper version (8/120,000) based on previous issues we had with an aging Ford. I thought I would migrate from those issues with a Honda. That said, the "sales pitch" was successful.....now I hope I have issues to make my premium back? More
Ryan did a great job working with us. He was straight forward and to the point which I really liked. Everything was great except for the Navigation System maps weren't up to date. I wish they would have done this for me. Other than that everything was excellent.
