Shane was very friendly during every piece of contact we had with him . Started with a general phone call asking about the van we ended up buying. My experience with Williamson Honda was positive from the start. Scott answered all of my questions about the Ridgeline, some even before I asked them. He gave me a truck to test drive and showed me many features before and after the test ride. He encouraged me to take second test drive on a later visit. He encouraged me to bring my wife in to test drive the truck also. When I brought her in he took time to show her many of the features also. I told him I wanted a blue truck, so he went to work and located one, secured it for Williamson Honda and had it trailered back to Lincoln for me. He never pressured me or tried to play games on the deal. I felt the deal I received was fair taking everything into consideration, the distance they went to get me the color I wanted, the shortage of vehicles due to parts shortages caused by the earthquake and tsunami in Japan, and the lack of competition from other Honda dealerships in Lincoln. This is my second new vehicle purchase from Williamson Honda, and I would recommend them to anyone wishing to purchase a new Honda or a used vehicle. More

Williamson Honda is a fantastic dealer that provides superior service. I've been a customer since 1992 and will NEVER purchase a vehicle or have service done at any other location. When we purchased our most recent vehicle, a Honda Fit, we worked with Greg Hoag again. He is a genuinely good, very likable man who treats you fairly and is respectful of your needs. I never take the time to comment on other businesses we use, because I can honestly say that there is no restaurant, retail store, supermarket or clothier that matches the customer service and great treatment we always receive at Williamson. We asked Greg Hoag to keep an eye out for a mini-van. We told him what we wanted, how much we wanted to spend, and when we wanted to spend it. The paperwork was not ready when I was notified that the vehicle was ready. I had to wait up to 10 days for a title /unreal, maybe on a new car there may not be a title but on a used car the title should re vehicle was ready. I wanted the official accident report of this trailblazer kept with the carfax report given to me at the time of purchase, instead it was thrown away. Thank Kevin for getting another report. The girl that swapped the license plates from suv to suv did not put all the screws where they were supposed to be, in fact the front liscense plate could just be lifted out of the holder----it was not properly attached. The rear had only 2 of 4 screws holding the license plate and frame. I had to go to Advance auto parts to get new screws to finish the job. I should not have needed to this all the hardware was already there on my trade in. I had asked about the oil (type used) and oil filter (brand) and received to response. Trailblazers use a special ac delco oil filter that has a check ball in the filter. Other than that I have no complaints. Repair work was done in a timely fashion, wash buff polish inside and out looked good, gas in the tank a plus. Over all I would do business with Williamson Honda again. More
