I was in the market for a minivan and started looking about 6 months ago. I ended up buying a new Odyssey from Williamson becuase of the great rate 0.9% on financing, but this also my 3rd vehicle purchas about 6 months ago. Every bit of this experience was great. We went in on a Saturday afternoon during Memorial Day weekend, and while it was very busy we never felt like we had to wait. We came back on a separate day to purchase our Pilot & received the same great, attentive service. Everything (paperwork & our Pilot, clean & waiting in the indoor garage) was ready & waiting for us. Ryan was great to work with & was honest & forthright. He explained the different options in the different trim packages available & made purchasing our first Honda easier than any other vehicle purchase has been in the past. We will be back!!! More

We walked into the dealership lot hoping to find what we were looking for and drive away Honda owners. Luckily for us we found only one Honda that met what we were looking for. We were greeted by Shane in the lot who helped us locate other choices and set us up to drive the one we liked. We opted not to look at any other options as this 2012 Honda met our price range and expectations. Shane was only a 4 month employee but seemed very knowledgeable and appeared to know his Honda cars. As with any real purhcase we were there quite some time but nevertheless were happy to get what we wanted. The website advertised 2.9% financing but we found out that did not apply to ours only the 2011. The sales team worked hard to get us where we needed to be and we all were happy in the end. We are hoping to have a long customer relationship with Honda and are looking forward to great service to go along with the sale in the future. We were not pressured at any time and made our own decisions given the options we had. THANKS for a great sale! More
