Derek was great to work with, no BS sales tactics, no hassle, really great guy. Chad got us in and out with the financial end and even helped us with figuring out a better payment plan. We bought a used Pilot this time around, but will definitely be buying brand new from Honda of Lincoln come that time. I would send everyone I know to Honda when they need a vehicle, new or used. We reached a tentative agreement and I confirmed multiple times that everything was good before making the trip. Fortunately Nathan was happy to keep me updated. After checking out the vehicle I wanted we confirmed the terms of the sale. Chad was great in walking us through the purchasing process and warranty options.
