We have worked with Tracey before when leasing our 2010 Accord. We were pleased with the experience then and decided that Williamson's and Tracey would be the dealership that we would trade our gas-guzzle Accord. We were pleased with the experience then and decided that Williamson's and Tracey would be the dealership that we would trade our gas-guzzler truck in for a new vehicle. We enjoyed going to the dealership and being able to look around on the lot without feeling pressured to speak with someone. When we found a vehicle we liked, we were able to go in the showroom, ask for Tracey and be escorted to her. Tracey was very helpful while figuring out which vehicle to test drive and asked lots of questions to make sure we would test drive the 2011 CR-V we wanted. We were able to take the CR-V out for a test drive and she even recommended a few places to take the vehicle to really test it out. We came back and she found the best deal she could for us. We were very happy with the deal she came up with and she set us up to work out the financing with Chad Erwin. Chad was also very helpful and friendly. We feel that he treated us fairly and did not try to sell us anything extra that would not in the long run benefit us. We took possession of the car after dealing with Chad. The CR-V was very well cleaned for us. We appreciated the attention to detail. After leaving the lot, we noticed some adhesive residue on one of the mirrors and drove back to the dealership to see if they could remove it. We were greeted and the adhesive was quickly removed. We have received a few phone calls from Williamson following up on our purchase and making sure we didn't have any questions about the vehicle. Overall, the service was exceptional and we will definitely go back for future car purchases. More
Experience was good. Very happy in dealings of trading in GMC Envoy for a Honda Accord. The trading in of the GMC Yukon for a Honda Odyssey was not as smooth as for the Accord. We were hoping for a high in GMC Envoy for a Honda Accord. The trading in of the GMC Yukon for a Honda Odyssey was not as smooth as for the Accord. We were hoping for a higher trade in value on the Yukon but were accepting of what was offered. Will shop here in the future. More

Ryan was easy to work with. Paid attention to every detail. I forgot to ask him to tell them not to put wheel shine on the tires because we live in the country, when we went to pick up the car he said detail. I drove 700+ miles one way for my Williamson Honda, and I'll recommend my friends do the same. The internet negotiation feature is excellent, I would however recommend a bit more control on the sale of a vehicle that is in the process of having a deal negotiated. I know you are in the business of selling cars, but internet buyers should be afforded a bit of courtesy from the sales staff...meaning that if negotiation is ongoing on a particular vehicle, place that vehicle on a "sales hold" of some sort for up to 48 hours while negotiation continues...its the only constructive criticism I can provide. More

Shane was very friendly during every piece of contact we had with him . Started with a general phone call asking about the van we ended up buying.
