AJ sent me a video to introduce himself which I had never seen before which I thought was a nice touch. I had many questions of AJ and I wanted quotes on several trim levels. AJ answered all my questions without pressure and gave me the experience I was looking for. I really appreciated the personalized service even though we were communicating via email and text. We got together on a deal and the whole experience was seamless, On the day of purchase, we also worked with Chad, He helped with the options and paperwork and was courteous and efficient.
