Great finish to the process. Salesman was professional. However, I did not care for the fact they were willing to walk away from a $17K deal over $122 on a used car price, almost Salesman was professional. Luckily for them it wasn't worth my time to drive clear across town and start over for $122. However , I am giving this dealership 5 stars because of the professionalism, knowledge, kindness, and respect I received from Chad Erwin. Chad handled the closing and paperwork on the vehicle better than anyone I've experienced in my 40+ years of car buying. Also enjoyed the kindness and smiles from all the other employees we encountered. I highly recommend this dealership, but don't expect to get the last word on the price you'll pay. More
