I’m always skeptical of service centers. A lot of people say that they don’t use the dealer, as they charge more than a local garage. This Honda center and in particular Jim Hudson have rev A lot of people say that they don’t use the dealer, as they charge more than a local garage. This Honda center and in particular Jim Hudson have reversed those feelings. I feel like the work done is done well and if there is a problem it’s never just assigned to me as the fault. They have been good about not up-selling me into things I don’t need. I also trust Jim’s opinion on matters that I just don’t know. I like them a lot. The customer service is stellar. More

Visiting Lincoln from out of town. Engine light came on while in transit. Service Dept. diagnosed the problem promptly and resolved it in less than a day at a very fair charge. I like the Ridgeline. The only thing I do not like is the radio will not come back on after I make a call, All other Hondas I have had and the CRV it works fine.
