Russ provided the best possible experience in purchasing a car. He was down-to-earth, personal, and genuine. I have never met a salesman who sold from a place of personal engagement and connection. He then offered to take care of the scratches for free, and in that moment, my decision was made. I replied, "SOLD." Russ happily went along with my request to place a bow on the car for a Christmas photoshoot making my childhood commercial dreams come true.
