He was in constant communication with me, calling and emailing to make sure there was no misunderstandings and everything went smoothly. Russ is an amazing salesman and an amazing person in general. While I was test, driving my car, he showed interest in me as a person and even gave me some life advice. The car buying process went extremely smoothly, I was nervous. I had no idea what to expect.
