I seldom do reviews but really feel compelled to do this one. We have purchased several new vehicles from Honda of Lake City. It has always been a pleasant experience and they've always given us the best deal. Several days ago I went into them with a problem on my wife's car. It was a small problem that was really an inconvenience for my wife. It was covered by the warranty but they've been trying for three days for Honda to approve a replacement for the part. Today Honda finally denied the replacement stating there working on a software fix and it would be several weeks before an updated piece would be available. Many thanks to Denise at the dealership for being creative and giving us a temporary fix to solve the problem. It's nice to deal with a dealership willing to step up to the plate to take care of it's customers. Many thanks to Lake City Honda and Denise. More

be Honest in your dealings. I was told $34.95 for oil change. Bill stated $46.95. When I complained guy took ticket and cane back with $40.95. Poor Review Very poor service. Service advisors were standing around inside and I finally sent my wife in to request a service advisor. Service advisor came out Very poor service. Service advisors were standing around inside and I finally sent my wife in to request a service advisor. Service advisor came out took my information and I waited for my car to be serviced. When service was complete I left the dealership and as I was going down Road I noted that all of my tires were low. I had requested a tire rotation which was done ; However the pressure in the tires was not checked and I had to return to the dealership for another almost 2 hours to have the pressures brought up to factory specs. More

Qualitty Vehicle Inspection Everything that I asked for was done exactly as I asked. Needed oil change and asked also for tire rotation. Never fails on excellent service Rushed in for an unscheduled oil change. Told the staff I needed to be gone within an hour and yep out the door.
