I’m so impressed with this service department! A problem was found during a regular oil change visit that had to be addressed. It was difficult to know exactly how the damage to the vehicle happ A problem was found during a regular oil change visit that had to be addressed. It was difficult to know exactly how the damage to the vehicle happened but it had to be dealt with. RJ made sure I had a loaner (we are not currently Honda owners) - for the time the car needed service - a few days. When everything was replaced and I returned, there was no charge for the service. They could have taken advantage of the situation for their benefit, but they didn’t. We will definitely trust this dealership (and RJ) in the future - and would be willing to consider a Honda once again, based on the treatment we received. More

Excellent service from RJ McCann and the HOLC Service Team! A mechanical problem happened on I-75 with my 2018 Ridgeline. It was reviewed and corrected on the same day. I've dealt with three Honda Dealer Service Departments in the last 5 years and hands down this Dealership is the best of the three. We were blessed to have met RJ McCann, Service Manager. Had my Honda serviced in St. Louis before I made the drive to Florida. Found out they didn't change the rear differential oil and valves had not been adjusted and thank goodness for RJ as he was able to get the car in working condition. RJ McCann and his team are AMAZING. I was travelling and my AC Condenser in my Civic went out. I was vulnerable and desperate as I would be driving through Atlanta which was predicted I was travelling and my AC Condenser in my Civic went out. I was vulnerable and desperate as I would be driving through Atlanta which was predicted to be 100 degrees (June 13, 2022), and stopped at the nearest Honda dealership (Lake City). I called ahead for an appointment but when I drove in and there were four cars in front of me! "Oh no", I thought... I had a long trip remaining. But then I saw a service man walking very quickly between cars (almost running!), looking intent to help. That man turned out to be RJ. I thought "Well, this guy seems to care, I'll stay and try to get this fixed". What a great decision. If RJ McCann and his team were in my city I would buy all of my cars from that dealership just so I could get them serviced by them. He was patient, professional, listened to understand my problem, and then worked incredibly hard to fix my problem. He was also concerned about my well-being, even arranging a shuttle to take me to lunch! The replaced the entire condenser in less than 3 hours, and I was on my way. As I sat in gridlock in Atlanta the external thermometer read 102 degrees. But I was comfortable and safe, thanks to RJ and his team. More

I cant say enough about how well I was treated at this dealership. I had a breakdown about 150 miles away from home and at the beginning of a 1200 mile trip and had to be towed to Honda of Lake City for dealership. I had a breakdown about 150 miles away from home and at the beginning of a 1200 mile trip and had to be towed to Honda of Lake City for repairs of a failed alternator that was still under warranty. Lots of issues developed with Honda as an OEM part was not available and a third party replacement was not covered by the warranty. Honda USA and my own dealership were not very helpful, but the service staff at Lake City Honda went out of their way to help me get back on the road as quickly as possible. They treated me like I had been a life long customer there. I wish my own dealership would take a lesson from them. Thanks to all at Lake City Honda. More
