Oil Change Myself and my Husband bought two new Honda Civics back in July 2017. His has been serviced twice for Oil Changes and this was my 1st one. This dealership was bought by a different Auto Group than the one we originally purchased the cars through. I am satisfied that I got a "Free" Oil Change for my 1st one but am also confused as to why my Husband had to pay for his 1st Oil Change. I made a call to someone named "Maria" in Cordele, GA. that I was referred to and she didn't have a definite answer other than, "I don't know. Maybe because of the Dealership change." Anyways I left Sunbelt dissatisfied in 2015 and in July 2017 they earned my business back. I hope this new company is as Good as Sunbelt has been this go round. I would still like the "Free" Oil Change for my Husband's car since I think it's only fair. More

Horrible service department I went in to the service department because my two month old 2017 Honda Accord air conditioner was not cooling. The service manager said a rock punc I went in to the service department because my two month old 2017 Honda Accord air conditioner was not cooling. The service manager said a rock punctured my condenser and I had two choices, file a insurance claim or pay $653 out of pocket. Neither option was suitable just a few days before Christmas. I contacted Honda headquarters to inquire what could be done to assist with this issue. The case manager first question was, what did the service manager do to attempt to assist you with your brand new car?, did the service manager offer any alternatives other than cost to you since your car is so new with bumper to bumper warranty? My answer to them was "No." They suggested I take my car to another Honda dealer for further evaluation and to call back with my case number on the result. I can report today my car was repaired by Gainesville Honda with no cost. Lake City Honda sales department was the reason I purchased from this dealership, but the service department is the cause for me never going back. If a customer has a car for two months and it was brand new, paid in full when driving off the lot, you would think the service department would go above and beyond keep your business. More
