My last oil change I like the fact that I can just turn up for an oil change and tire rotation on spec. No appointment needed. That really works for me as I don’t know w I like the fact that I can just turn up for an oil change and tire rotation on spec. No appointment needed. That really works for me as I don’t know when I am going to have the time to book ahead. Mine was the only vehicle in th express lane and there was no one else waiting. So there is no excuses for them forgetting to tighten my lug nuts. I drove away thinking that knocking noise was not there when I came in. I never even left the parking lot. I turned around Went back to the check in. They drive the vehicle and agreed there was a knocking coming from the vehicle. When the tech walked across he too said I heard the knocking. ??????? But did think to check what it was???? They tightened all the lug nuts. The noise had gone. I just hope that he didn’t over tighten the lug nuts because he did not use a torque stick when he ran them up with his air gun. Very surprised that this practice still goes on. More
