This last week however I had taking advantage of the shut The service I have received at Honda of Lake City has been for the last 2 years top quality. This last week however I had taking advantage of the shuttle service to be taken home and waited on a call from the service department that my vehicle had been serviced and was ready. I was fairly busy that afternoon and did not notice the time until 5 p.m. I called to check on my vehicle and found out there had been a lack of communication which resulted in not calling me when it was completed. I arranged to pick up the vehicle by 6 p.m. and as I went to pay for the service I was pleasantly surprised that I did not owe anything. The service manager inform me that because it was their mistake I did not owe them anything. That certainly was a pleasant surprise and is definitely service Beyond what is expected. I certainly will continue to have my vehicles serviced at Honda of Lake City More
