Like almost all car dealerships, they will try and tack on added costs to your purchase during the paperwork and finance portion, so be sure to familiarize yourself with the vehicle sales price, your out the door costs and all other numbers discussed with your sales representative before going in for financing - otherwise you may end up paying more than what was agreed upon. Overall they seem to offer good pricing and is certainly a dealership worth checking out. More

I seldom do reviews but really feel compelled to do this one. We have purchased several new vehicles from Honda of Lake City. It has always been a pleasant experience and they've always given us the best deal. Several days ago I went into them with a problem on my wife's car. It was a small problem that was really an inconvenience for my wife. It was covered by the warranty but they've been trying for three days for Honda to approve a replacement for the part. Today Honda finally denied the replacement stating there working on a software fix and it would be several weeks before an updated piece would be available. Many thanks to Denise at the dealership for being creative and giving us a temporary fix to solve the problem. It's nice to deal with a dealership willing to step up to the plate to take care of it's customers. Many thanks to Lake City Honda and Denise. More
