Always looking out for you! I came in to have an oil change on my vehicle on May 9th, 2020. I walked right in without any hesitation from any employees. I only sat in the lobby f I came in to have an oil change on my vehicle on May 9th, 2020. I walked right in without any hesitation from any employees. I only sat in the lobby for about 5 minutes before I met Dewayne. He came to me to discuss some services that has not been performed on my vehicle and to inform me what all could be done that day. Dewayne even spoke to hubby on the phone to "get approval." No one has ever offered to talk to a second party at a dealership to make sure everything was clarified before proceeding. We agreed on additional services, and Dewayne was absolutely great. A people person for sure, and genuinely wanted me to walk out a satisfied customer. Also wanted to mention the sales rep, G, for providing excellent customer service when first purchasing my vehicle back in 2017. To this day, I still remember how he worked with us on price and payment to make sure we were satisfied. Happy to see he was still there when I came in for service.
