Everyone is so nice, till you want something. Will never do business here again. At one time i gave 4 stars, soneone had the nerve to say if i don't give 5 stars, then don't do review at all. My husband did not have a way to get to take trailer hitch off of our car. 3 days now, they said they're gonna get it off and we can pick it up. Since that day i mentioned, we need it back for our basket. In town, drove over and now they say can't do it. its 4 bolts and since day 1, said we can have it now its a big NO! Basically its ours. At first its no problem now its no way. Racheal was my salesperson and Gary says no way and doesn't know why she would say yes More

I started a review need to edit. . so now come to find out something keeps rattling..my husband goes to check, maybe something in by spare tire, well come to find out..my license pla . so now come to find out something keeps rattling..my husband goes to check, maybe something in by spare tire, well come to find out..my license plate..well they only put 2 screws in. It INDEED had 4 on my hrv. Also the glove compartment has a key hole to lock but we have not found a key yet. And the list keeps going on. Things don't always appear as they seem at first. So sad More
