The communication we received from the staff was exceptional and the sales staff were friendly (Andrew) and knowledgeable. Of course they hide dealer fees and aren’t clear about adding on a lifetime exceptional and the sales staff were friendly (Andrew) and knowledgeable. Of course they hide dealer fees and aren’t clear about adding on a lifetime powertrain warranty that costs 2k until you see the sales sheet, but they were at least friendly about the negotiation and we reached an agreement. We were pleased with everything until we had to deal with the finance department. The finance manager (Todd) was friendly right up until we declined the extended warranty 3 times! And then his entire mood changed and treated us like he was disgusted the entire time we signed paperwork. We get it, you have a job to do, and probably a quota to make on selling these items. But once a customer repeatedly declines, it’s unprofessional to allow that to completely change the way customers are treated. It’s disappointing too, because everything was pleasant up until his interaction. More
