RJ McCann and his team are AMAZING. I was travelling and my AC Condenser in my Civic went out. I was vulnerable and desperate as I would be driving through Atlanta which was predicted I was travelling and my AC Condenser in my Civic went out. I was vulnerable and desperate as I would be driving through Atlanta which was predicted to be 100 degrees (June 13, 2022), and stopped at the nearest Honda dealership (Lake City). I called ahead for an appointment but when I drove in and there were four cars in front of me! "Oh no", I thought... I had a long trip remaining. But then I saw a service man walking very quickly between cars (almost running!), looking intent to help. That man turned out to be RJ. I thought "Well, this guy seems to care, I'll stay and try to get this fixed". What a great decision. If RJ McCann and his team were in my city I would buy all of my cars from that dealership just so I could get them serviced by them. He was patient, professional, listened to understand my problem, and then worked incredibly hard to fix my problem. He was also concerned about my well-being, even arranging a shuttle to take me to lunch! The replaced the entire condenser in less than 3 hours, and I was on my way. As I sat in gridlock in Atlanta the external thermometer read 102 degrees. But I was comfortable and safe, thanks to RJ and his team. More
