I’m so impressed with this service department! A problem was found during a regular oil change visit that had to be addressed. It was difficult to know exactly how the damage to the vehicle happ A problem was found during a regular oil change visit that had to be addressed. It was difficult to know exactly how the damage to the vehicle happened but it had to be dealt with. RJ made sure I had a loaner (we are not currently Honda owners) - for the time the car needed service - a few days. When everything was replaced and I returned, there was no charge for the service. They could have taken advantage of the situation for their benefit, but they didn’t. We will definitely trust this dealership (and RJ) in the future - and would be willing to consider a Honda once again, based on the treatment we received. More

Excellent service from RJ McCann and the HOLC Service Team! A mechanical problem happened on I-75 with my 2018 Ridgeline. It was reviewed and corrected on the same day. Also, it was a very profession Team! A mechanical problem happened on I-75 with my 2018 Ridgeline. It was reviewed and corrected on the same day. Also, it was a very professional and courteous experience. Drove home afterward some 330 miles with no issues. I've dealt with three Honda Dealer Service Departments in the last 5 years and hands down this Dealership is the best of the three. Friendly and direct mixed with a little humor works for me every time and makes the process easier. Thanks so much for your help! More

Prior to coming here, I wasted a few frustrating months going to several other dealerships, much closer to home, who full of games, crazy fees and add-ons, and very unfair and non-competitive pricing. From my first encounter with HOLC to coming the deal (within a few days), everything was professional, clear, upfront, fair and competitive. Well worth the drive from Tallahassee.
